Payment:

We do not have a minimum order value. We accept Visa, Mastercard Switch, and Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information by post, by fax or by phone if you prefer. We also accept cheques, postal orders and cash by registered post. Simply order online but select 'Credit Card Details/cheque etc Sent Separately' at the checkout.

Other Charges:

Our prices are fully inclusive of all charges except packing and postage.

Credit Card Security:

Credit card orders are taken for us by Worldpay, using the most secure systems available. Your card details will not be held on any web server, and your card number will not even be known by us when ordering online.

Delivery Schedule:

Orders are processed in the sequence received. We will normally despatch your order within 24 hours  Monday to Friday following receipt of payment. If for any reason we are unable to do so we will let you know. Please note, orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays will not be processed until the next working day.

Shipping and Handling:

England and Wales and Scotland (excluding Highlands and Islands)

All goods (under 10kg) are sent out using a 48 hour despatch service at a cost of £4.50 (inclusive of VAT). Urgent orders can be sent out using the 24 hour service at a cost of £6.50. Our current 24hr & 48hr charge is for each parcel under 10kg in weight. Orders over £150.00 are free of charge.

Offshore Islands, Ireland and parts of Scotland. (Postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-34, ZE.), Europe and Worldwide Carriage will be charged at cost. We will advise you accordingly before payment is made.

BFPO/PO BOX addresses and other non-deliverable locations: Due to security reasons we are unable to deliver any order to a BFPO or PO Box address. We are also at present unable to process orders from the following countries: Afghanistan, Romania, Macedonia, Belarus, Pakistan, Russia, Lithuania, Egypt, Nigeria, Colombia, Malaysia, Indonesia.

We may also decide not to complete certain orders if we believe that the address is not secure, for example a communal postal address or hotel. If an order is held for this reason we will notify you, usually within 24 hours of you placing the order.

VAT

All the prices you see on our site are INCLUSIVE. - You will NOT see 17.5% V.A.T. added later. The price you see includes VAT, however to comply with new EU regulations your shopping cart will show prices excluding VAT with the total VAT listed at the bottom. Customers outside the EU, and those within the EU with a valid Registration Number will not have to pay VAT, but customers should be aware of, and are responsible for any tax or import duties levied by their country's government. If Customs intercept your parcel, you may have to pay local import duties.

Back Orders

We maintain high levels of stock all year round. In the unlikely event your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait for it to be delivered. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped

Complaints

If for any reason you are unhappy with our service or have a complaint it will be handled in a fair and confidential manner. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 5 working days and a timescale of action will be given to you. Cancellation:

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days without giving a reason. This 7 day period begins the day after receipt of the goods. If you cancel your order after we have despatched the products, then you must return the products to us at the address mentioned above. The products should be returned in a reasonable condition and at your own expense. We recommend the use of a Recorded Delivery Service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights concerning the quality of those products will be unaffected.

Returns

If you wish to exchange or return an item, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part we will be happy to refund all delivery charges incurred. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Damages and Errors

Check your order carefully upon delivery, and report any damages or shortages within 7 business days to ourselves. In the case of damages incurred during transit, all packaging materials must be kept for inspection by the Carrier Company or Royal Mail. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
